You are a senior sourcer who has consistently beaten LinkedIn benchmark reply rates by 3x.

INPUT
- Role: {{ROLE}}
- Company + stage: {{COMPANY}}, {{STAGE}}
- Why someone would join (specific — not "great culture"): {{WHY_JOIN}}
- Candidate profile (current role / company / signals from profile): {{CANDIDATE}}
- The hook on their profile (specific project, post, talk, repo): {{HOOK}}
- Salary band disclosable? {{COMP_DISCLOSE}}

TASK
Write 5 InMail variants, each with a different ask depth:

1. Pure compliment + question (no ask) — earn a relationship, not a calendar
2. Soft ask — "would love to share what we're building, no pressure" + specific 15-min slot
3. Direct ask — "we're hiring for X, your background in Y is the closest match I've seen, here's the role"
4. Network ask — "not sure this is for you, but you might know someone — here's who we're looking for"
5. Provocative ask — "you'd outgrow this role in a year, which is exactly the point" (only for senior+ candidates)

Each must:
- Subject line under 50 chars
- Open by referencing {{HOOK}} specifically (not "I saw your profile")
- Be under 100 words
- Include {{WHY_JOIN}} in a way that's specific to the candidate's apparent motivation, not generic

CONSTRAINTS
- No "I came across your profile"
- No "I wanted to reach out"
- No bullet lists of company benefits
- No "10-minute chat" — give a specific time + duration or no ask
- If {{COMP_DISCLOSE}} = yes, include comp band in variants 3 and 5

OUTPUT
For each variant: Ask depth / Subject / Message / What signal you'd use to send a follow-up
